Step 1: Booking an appointment

We are ready to help you! For your convenience and ours, kindly book an appointment by calling or visiting our clinic.

Our reception staff will make sure to fix you a date of the meeting that fits your and our dental surgeon’s schedules.

You may also message us on WhatsApp and Google Maps!

Step 2: Registration

Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time slot. If you are running late or need to reschedule, kindly call us as early as possible so that we can help accommodate you better.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to register on our database as a new patient. Fill the registration form with all necessary details. It would be helpful if you know your allergies. If you are a foreign national, kindly bring along your passport in order to register.

Step 3: Wait for your turn

Once the registration is done, please wait in the waiting area. We provide various educational dental content in the waiting area, so feel free and browse as you wait for your turn.

Don’t you worry! We do not have posters of horrifying gum diseases, nor dentists laughing like evil villains. You can feel at ease in our waiting area with clean, white walls. Au Dental strives to create a dental environment that feels calming and homely.

Our dental assistants will call your name once it is your turn.

Step 4: Prepare your documents

If you have done prior dental treatments at another dental clinics, make sure you present necessary documents. This will help save time and allow us to process any claims faster, thus making the appointment run smoother.

Some documents that you may need include:

  • Your surgical referral slip and any X-Ray flies
  • A list of medications you may currently be taking
  • Any documents for dental or medical insurance

Please alert the office if you have a compromising medical condition.

Step 5: Meeting the dentist

Before our dentists check your teeth, we will sit down with you at the dental chair to talk to you about your dental concerns. We believe it is important to build an honest relationship between our dentist and our patients.

Please describe to our dental professional about your dental troubles and we will suggest you with a solution.

We will walk you through the dental treatment procedure, make you understand the what’s and how’s of the treatment, and ensure that you never feel out of control or at a loss of the situation.

Step 6: The Procedure

As we commence with the procedure, feel free to put on earphones, and listen to your favorite music or podcast while we do the work. If at any point during the treatment you would like to stop or take breaks, let us know and we will halt the procedure immediately.

Your comfort is our top priority. If you feel any discomfort, don’t be afraid to let us know. You may also use hand signals to demonstrate your need to take a short break.

Step 7: Follow-up

After the treatment, talk to our dental professional about any concerns you may have. Remember that you have the right to know what is happening!

We encourage free and honest communication between our dentist and our patients. Our dental professional may also give you strict at-home oral hygiene instructions. Be sure to follow them. The receptionist will inform you about your follow-up treatment and prescribe medication if needed.
